Breath of Life

      Breath of Life has been birthed from the need to find an all-attainable, easily understood path to real and permanent Enlightenment. To way to reveal that the search to relieve suffering  comes from the belief we are separate, the desire for full embodiment, and Union. This Union is what the Breath of Life offers to those who practice it. Through the conscious, circular connected breath as well as Light work and retention, you'll be guided and supported in touching and anchoring into the Divine within and all around you.

        The Breath of Life process helps to activate the subconscious and superconscious mind and bring awareness and insights not easily accessed through traditional therapy. This type of breath work is a powerful healing, transformational, and embodiment tool that shifts long held patterns and beliefs from the body, heart, mind, and Spirit. This type of breathwork brings the participant into direct contact and experience with his/her own divinity. It brings to union the masculine and feminine within, the left and right brain, the conscious and unconscious, the head and the heart, the flow and the pause, the human and the divine. The breath has the power to change everything, especially when used consciously and regularly.

You enter heightened states of consciousness and experience your own power and the dissolution into the One. Here, where all boundaries and separation are annihilated, miracles and quantum leaps are available and possible. You "become" who you've always wanted to be...who you've always truly BEEN.

Soul Tribe Journey

   Experience for yourself what happens in 8 weeks of consistent practice and support with your breath and transformation. 

     This is an 8-week module in which participants will practice the Breath of Life every week in group together. They will be guided in taking this practice home and making it their own. Your relationship with yourself and your breath is a reflection of your relationship with the Divine and those around you. Evoke Sanctum is on mission to support humanity in remembering their Divinity and having a living working relationship with the Earth and the Divine. 

   We are calling 10 individuals who wish to immerse themselves in the breath regularly and deepen their own practice. This program includes 8 group breathwork and coaching sessions.
